Getting Started

Click any booking icon to schedule an appointment. The 75-minute session is required for first time appointments of new clients. Demographic and payment information are required to schedule. You are not charged for the appointment until the day of the session.

Before the Session

Prior to the day of the session, you will receive an email with client documents to complete. This will take 10-20 minutes. These documents need to be completed 24-hours before the appointment.

Session Day

Ten minutes before the session, you will receive a link via email that will connect you to our online appointment. The session fee will be processed at the start of the scheduled session.

Aetna, Optum, and Cigna are accepted insurances. If your insurance is not accepted, I am able to offer a superbill via email that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Be sure to follow-up with your insurance provider to inquire whether reimbursement is an option and find out any restrictions that might exist.

If clients need to cancel, they must do so 24-hours before scheduled session. Failure to cancel 24-hours prior to the start of the appointment will result in fee equal to the session cost.

Therapy sessions can occur through the use of any electronic device with webcam access and internet (e.g. cellular devices, laptops, tablets, desktops).Teletherapy sessions are confidential, private, and efficient.
